How Long Information Is Kept

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or to meet legal, professional, safeguarding, insurance, or accounting requirements. Typically:

• School service records are retained in accordance with contractual requirements

• Assessment and teaching records may be retained for up to six years after services end or until a child reaches the age of 25, where professionally required

• Financial records are retained in line with HMRC requirements

After this period, information is securely deleted or destroyed.

Submitted data will be temporarily stored in Google Forms and Google Docs, which are provided by Google.
